Azulmarino Mallorca’s promotion strengthens World2Meet’s commitment to women’s basketball

Azulmarino New Travel Mallorca Palma, a project driven by World2Meet, has secured promotion to the Liga Femenina Endesa after being crowned champions of the LF Challenge 2025/26, in a historic season for both the club and the company.

Azulmarino, the World2Meet Group’s network of travel agencies, has been driving for five years a sporting project based on high standards, self-improvement and collective commitment. The relationship between Azulmarino and the club dates back to 2020, with the development of an inclusive project focused on inclusion and social impact through sport, seeking to create a shared space for the community through sporting practice.

An achievement that strengthens the long-standing relationship between Azulmarino and the World2Meet Group and women’s sport, and consolidates a partnership model based on commitment, continuity and the development of projects with social and territorial impact. With this promotion, W2M and Azulmarino open a new stage of sporting, social and brand growth. Far from being a finish line, this milestone marks the beginning of a new cycle grounded in a long-term commitment to women’s basketball, talent development and the consolidation of a project with a present — but above all, a future.

It is a source of pride for the brand, for Mallorca, and for the whole community that supports this project”.

For World2Meet, this success reinforces a model based on active involvement in purpose-driven sports projects, capable of building community, pride and a sense of belonging, both locally and nationally. In this regard, the team embodies values such as effort, teamwork, self-improvement and commitment — the same principles that define Azulmarino and that today translate into tangible results.

The World2Meet Group maintains a strong commitment to sport and its ability to generate positive impact. In this respect, it has sponsorship agreements with key basketball organisations such as the Spanish Basketball Federation, as well as the Andalusian Basketball Federation and the Catalan Basketball Federation. The company was also an official sponsor of the Copa del Rey in 2026, in the edition held in Valencia. In addition, since 2024, the company has supported the Women’s EuroLeague as sponsor of the Final Six — support that has been renewed for the next three years.
