Azulmarino completes the integration of viajes EROSKI while strengthening its alliance with the group
Azulmarino, the agency network of the World2Meet Group, has completed the integration of Viajes EROSKI. With the conclusion of this transition, the Azulmarino brand now operates independently. At the same time, both companies have reached a four-year collaboration agreement, which strengthens the connection between the retail and tourism sectors and opens new opportunities for customer loyalty and acquisition. As part of the agreement, EROSKI Club members will continue to enjoy a 5% discount at Azulmarino. Additionally, balances in the EROSKI wallet can be used at Azulmarino, and purchases through the agency will continue to accrue wallet credit.
- Following the transition phase, Azulmarino now operates fully as a brand after two years of integration
- A new collaboration agreement between EROSKI and W2M strengthens the relationship between both companies and guarantees the continuity of benefits for their customers.
The integration process, which began in 2023 with World2Meet’s acquisition of Viajes EROSKI, has represented a natural evolution for the agency network, ensuring service continuity and reinforcing its market positioning. 90% of the Viajes EROSKI team has joined Azulmarino, maintaining the same close, familiar service. This integration secures its place within a strong and diversified tourism group with a solid market position, allowing it to offer a broad and attractive value proposition.

In the words of Inma Fernández, General Director of the W2M Holiday Agency Network: “The completion of the Viajes EROSKI integration into Azulmarino strengthens our commitment to innovation and personalisation. Joining EROSKI Club demonstrates the mutual trust between both companies and is a great opportunity to bring our services closer to an established customer base. We want our clients to continue enjoying the best travel experience, with attentive, personalised service and the advantages offered by EROSKI Club.”
Eva Ugarte, Marketing Director at EROSKI, added: “EROSKI Club is a key pillar in our loyalty strategy. Incorporating Azulmarino into our programme allows us to expand benefits for our members, with an attractive and competitive travel offering.”
With the completion of this process, Azulmarino reaffirms its commitment to quality, personalisation, and attentive service in the travel experience, ensuring a smooth transition for customers and consolidating its position as a leading travel agency network in the sector.
